Offline Proctored Assessment
Conducted at controlled campuses/centers to ensure 100% integrity.
- 4 Coding Problems: Benchmarked vs CodeForces (800–1900 rating).
- Security: AI-enabled Topin.Tech tool, no mobile phones allowed.
- Format: DSA Coding, MCQs, CS Fundamentals.
Assessment Audit
Integrity Quality Control to filter out any violations.
- Manual & AI review of screen recordings.
- Plagiarism & AI-code detection.
- Remote access checks.
Technical Interview: Round 1
Live DSA problem-solving with MAANG+ industry experts.
- Monitoring: Dual-camera: screen + room environment.
- Focus: Thought process & reasoning under pressure.
- Questions: Non-standard DSA (1300–1500 rating).
TR1 Audit
Verification of interviewer scoring and process adherence.
- Confirm questions met difficulty standards.
- Review of interview recordings & dual-camera feed.
- Calibration of candidate strengths / weaknesses.
Technical Interview: Round 2
60-minute real-world engineering readiness check.
- Projects (40 min): Deployed systems, trade-offs, ownership.
- Core CS (20 min): OOPS, DBMS, Networks, OS, Cloud / AI.
- Outcome: Skill Category & Readiness Level assigned.
TR2 Audit: Final QC
Final validation of skill category and readiness level.
- Confirm all mandatory areas were covered.
- Validate interview evidence matches the rating.
- Final integrity check before shortlisting.

Final Shortlisting
Only candidates who clear every evaluation stage and pass all audit gates are added to the verified talent pool and shared with hiring companies.
Shared with the candidate's consent. Candidates are told which companies view them.
